Project Description
This project consisted of a new one-story Elementary School building of approximately 91,276 square feet to accommodate 900 students, administrative and teaching staff.
Before construction could begin, the hazardous abatement and demolition of the existing 66,600-sf elementary school had to be completed. Building construction features included masonry and steel bearing structure, completer mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior features include brick veneer, metal siding, standing seam metal roofing, storefront, aluminum windows and two-story curtain wall systems. The work also includes related site work, landscaping, 2,942-sy light-duty paving and 2,800-sy heavy-duty paving.
